We are always interested in hearing from suitable candidates who would like to work at our residential houses on a sessional basis.
Sessional Recruitment Process
|Shortlisting||Friday 5 April|
|Interviews||Friday 12 April|
|Induction Workshop (1 day)||Friday 24 May|
If we receive your application after the closing date, it may be considered during the next recruitment round.
If your application and interview are successful, you will need to attend an induction day workshop before you can begin work in the centres.
Induction workshops are led by two of the deputy managers from our houses and cover administrative processes as well as our ethos, how we work with families and how you will be supported. They are a chance for you to ask questions, address concerns and meet some of your new colleagues.

Here Yatta tells us why being a sessional worker benefitted her and her future career. She worked for us as a sessional worker while studying and then as a Family Assessment Practitioner, before becoming a social worker for a local authority.
