'Securing Change' practitioner

Securing Change Practitioner a rare opportunity to help develop a new service to support highly vulnerable women

Salary £30,295 - £35,959 inc of LW, based on relevant qualifications, experience and knowledge

St Michael’s is well known for the quality of its residential parenting assessments.  Some parents are able to leave with their child but others are not yet ready for all that being a parent entails.  It is these mothers whom we would like to provide a service for, as we appreciate how difficult their next steps are.  We are seeking an individual to take this forward who is determined, resilient and prepared to go the extra mile for these mothers.  You will have relevant knowledge and/or qualifications that would support the task (social worker, CPN etc) and will be excited at the prospect of developing a new service.

We have funding for 3 years for this project called Securing Change from the Big Lottery and other funders and the project will be evaluated by researchers from Middlesex University.

Funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.
