Volunteer to help make packs for parents in need

Could you help us sort and clean donated clothes for families and new parents who are struggling?

Maybe you and a couple of friends could spare a few hours on Sunday 16th September to help us put together clothing packs?

Over the years our wonderful Maureen, who recently retired after 25 years, lovingly put together the bundles. She put so much effort into making sure everything was beautifully presented for the young parents and disadvantaged families we worked with.

She sorted donations into the right sizes and coordinated colours. It's really important to us that donations for families are given in a way that shows we value them and that we always treat them with respect.

Currently our store room is overflowing with donations that need sorting, cleaning and packing. Could you help?

We are a small local charity in South London and would really like to get some volunteers involved in our work. If you live nearby it's the perfect chance to come and give something back to the community. We would be really grateful.

If you would like to help us but aren't free on Sunday September 16th please get in touch, so we can contact you again if we need help in future.

We are also looking for donations of nappies to put in our packs too, so if you have any hiding in drawers please think about dropping them into our head office in Streatham.

SIGN-UP to our newsletter so we can let you know about volunteering opportunities too.
