SERVICE MANAGER for Residential Family Assessment Centre                           

Salary £40,779- £48,230

Closing Date: Midnight Monday November 18

This position allows a committed social worker with management experience to retain a close link with practice whilst managing a centre and furthering the development of their staff team. 

We encourage managers to take ownership of their centre whilst meeting the expectations of the organisation and Ofsted.

The centre is an attractive well maintained Edwardian house with facilities for up to four families.

Whilst the rest of the team work shifts over seven days the manager works largely office hours Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will manage one of the four centres St Michael’s runs and therefore will enjoy the support of a peer group as well as being part of the senior management team in St Michael’s contributing to the strategic direction of the charity.
