Would you like to be part of one of the most forward-thinking family assessment organisations in England?
We are an organisation that is committed to getting the best outcomes for children and their families, through the way we work and through the relationships we develop.
As a member of a dedicated team you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and their parents, over time, exploring with them complex issues including mental health, learning difficulties, substance misuse and domestic abuse.
“The setting provides exceptional holistic support to parents and the proactive therapeutic approach works inspiringly well.” Ofsted
The work has its challenges and many rewards. You will be involved in a shift pattern that ensures the service meets the needs of the children and their parents, but that also recognises the needs of staff with days off that include 3 day weekends, midweek days, requests and 35 annual leave days a year (inc. BH).
You will have the opportunity to work in a team and an organisation that is supportive and challenges you to develop yourself and your practice. We are an organisation with a strong ethos of training and development, recognising that in order to deliver a great service, we need to invest in staff. This would be a good opportunity to test out whether a career in social work is right for you. With regular reflective supervisions, personal and team training, social events and massage, you’ll gain experience, grow your practice skills, and develop your knowledge with us.
The work that you will be involved is important and others rely on the outcome of the work that you and your team do. If you want to make a difference to the lives of children and their families, we want to meet you.
“They wanted the best for us, they helped us so much.” Parent
